i m new to it!!

It was my younger brother’s birthday yesterday!!

Birthday means celebration time but its our tendency to celebrate with lot of tension in our minds.

He is the youngest of three of us and so very dear to everybody.

Birthday means lots of gifts but it is his tendency to make everyone crazy for his gifts and I had no escape too!!!

He was asking for the same thing for which every kid of his age in the whole world is crazy about today----any guesses???Well---game CD.

On his birthday eve, I took him up with me on my scooty to buy his g..a..m..e CD!!He chose “tomb raider chronicles vi.” So we bought it!!

Anything else, sir?? Yeah, I will have one ice cream, didi!! (((Didi is the term for addressing to elder sister in Hindi)))) So we had choco cone!!

I was expecting a “thank you” from his side but when it did not come I had to ask for it. He looked so much absorbed in reading the backside of CD cover that I did not mind much!!

I wanted to give him something more but as I was already feeling light with my pocket so I could not afford for anything expensive so I went for a greeting card! So we reached to Archie’s gallery. After looking for around 15-16 greetings my eyes fell on something convincing. It was written on it “ have a great day, computer crazy!!” he wanted to see that greeting card then itself but I told him that I would give it on his birthday morning.

Birthday means party!!

These days mom is not going very well with her health, she is suffering from hypertension, her BP is persisting on 170-160, and so she is having weakness and dizziness.

I was not in a mood to throw a party because of her health but brother wanted, so my mom and dad had too!! I was not happy with this idea but my mom convinced me. She said, “you should understand the psychology of a child, he is just 11!”Yeah, she is right, I rewinded my life eight years back and realized that he (brother) is not wrong at all!! Really, parents do so much for us!!

Party means decoration!!

I donno why I was feeling little lazy yesterday. I really did not want to decorate room, filling balloons and sticking stripes on wall..so I was just sitting in front of my pc and listening to Shakira and Eminem!!So , sis and bro did the decoration work!!

July means rainy season here!!

Lot of mud on road…guests entered in! Lot of dirt on floor! I hate it!

Party started!!

My bro is pretty handsome, he looked very smart in his dress but he needs to reduce his puppy fat on his stomach!!! I was looking cool as usual! Many people appreciated my dark green top .I look quite slender in that!! (((Stop, lifelovinggal..enough..enough!)))

Well my duty was to serve plates (with food of course) to every body!!aah, I had to stand for continuous three hours!!!My legs were just shaking with pain!!!

I tried to help my mom as much I could and at the end of the day she looked quite happy with me!!

We had lot of fun yesterday!! My brother’s friends are quite cool and frank (in xcess) with us! They all range in ages betwixt 12 to 17(everybody elder to him)!

We did lot of nonsense, played truth and dare and sang in chorus like mad!!

Party was over by 10 in night.

As soon as everybody left my bro ran to unwrap his gifts like leopard!!Woooooooooooooooooow!! 3 game CD’s!!Beyblade, Scooby dooby 2 and NFS!!He looked extremely happy.

Today!!!

Ooooooonn!!! My stomach is not well..uh..lot of disturbance here! That is what happens when you eat lot of cake!!!

I must stop here because its an urgent call of nature!!! Byeeeeeeeeezzz!!

I had always wanted to keep my blogs away from any kind of negative, sad, poignant or ill thing but the incidents I went through impel me to add such undesirable things in my blog.

Nope! I can’t ignore them anymore!!!

11th July. 2006.Mumbai.
Time-6: 24 to 6:35 evening.
Venue: 7 local trains at 7 different railway stations.
When I came to know- at 9:00 pm by television

Over 200 people dead and 500 injured (as stated by government records.. not sure of actual figures) in 7 serial blasts. It is the time (6: 24 to 6:35 evening) when most of the people return from their offices.

10th July 2006,Lucknow.
Time-7: 30 am, school time.
Venue: tedhi pulia-crossing
When I came to know: 11th July in morning, by newspaper

A 17 yrs girl, going to her school by bicycle, was hit and crushed by a truck. The truck driver ran away! The girl died on the spot!

7th July 2006, gangotri( a hill station),Himachal prades.
Time: not sure!
Venue: a road with cliffs on both sides.
When I came to know – 10th July, in the evening, my father told me after returning from office.

A tourist bus fell in a cliff due to break fail!! On that bus was the husband of my father’s office mate! He died too along with others.

15th June 2006,Lucknow.
Time-3: 30 noon.
Venue: in a room.
When a came to know-21st June, in the morning, my sister told me.

My sisters’ best friend committed suicide by hanging herself at the tender age of 16!!Her parents were in office and his brother was playing in a different room!

What is life then and how one should take it?

These incidents seem to change my definition for life! Life is so fragile. Anything can happen with anybody.

Nobody had thought it that they wont be able to see their father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter or friend after 11th of July! It was unimaginable!! 200 people died in yesterday’s Mumbai blast! I have seen the photographs…they are just… no words..if u see them… your heart can come out of your mouth! Who did these blasts??? People will say Terrorists!! I don’t get why they do this…why they kill innocents... what do they get for all this??Whyyyyyy??

I know that I m emotionally very weak and such things really trouble me!

It so easy to lose ur loved ones!! We really stand hapless today.

On 15th of June we were not at our home, we had gone for our vacation at a hill station! We returned to home on 20th June. On 21st, my sis gave a call to her friend to tell her experiences about vacation but she could not say anything to her…. because she was no more!!! She committed suicide.

Now, how should I take this life! How can I believe my dreams?
